Job description

Trucenta is looking for motivated Cultivation Associates to join our team and assist with our indoor and outdoor cultivation for the 2023 season. Someone who is punctual, has a strong attention to detail and contributes to our positive work environment will be a great addition to our team.

• Move pots and transplants plants as needed
• Assist with cultivation and harvest of the cannabis plants
• Adhere to all industry and compliance standards
• Perform general clean up tasks
• Conduct duties in a timely manner

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to carry up to 50lbs
• Must be comfortable sitting, standing and stooping for long periods of time
• Must be comfortable working outside in the elements for the entire shift

Previous cannabis experience is a plus but not required
