A Fulfillment Associate is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments. Their duties include organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations and documenting damages to inventory. Fulfillment Team Members must be able to perform efficiently in a warehouse and dispatch environment by handling incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
• Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.
• Receiving and signing for deliveries.
• Unloading deliveries from trucks.
• Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.
• Updating inventory with received items.
• Read and understand work orders.
• Use scanners to read barcodes on products
• Pack merchandise for deliveries
• Finalize work orders and update the systems
• Perform other warehouse duties such as using pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a fulfillment associate or similar role
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders
• Strong attention to detail
• This position will require frequent bending, standing, lifting upwards of 50 pounds
