We’re excited to welcome a new, experienced Indoor Plants Technician to our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll care for indoor plants at client sites and help breathe new life into older plants in our nursery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Service and maintain indoor plants, including living walls and vertical gardens
• Water, fertilize, clean, and prune plants
• Install living walls and vertical gardens, as needed
• Regrow older plants and help with nursery upkeep
• Report plant replacement needs to your supervisor
• Unload/load plants from vehicles
• Move plants as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service during client visits
• Follow company procedures when working individually in the field

REQUIREMENTS:

• Indoor gardening or indoor plant experience, including identifying pests
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be comfortable climbing ladders
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Must be able and willing to spend up to 33% of time driving between client locations
• Comfortable moving heavy plants and installing indoor greenery in new spaces
• Able to drive a box truck as needed
• Ability to start and end the day at our nursery - 4500 SW 127th Avenue, Miami
