ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer the phones, greet clients, and schedule client appointments.
- Prepare conference rooms for client appointments.
- Manage kitchen client essentials and order office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Help the communications team with client and office events.
- Work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and operate scanner and printers.
- Help with other administrative duties as assigned by the office manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Operate Mac Laptop/Desktop, scanner, printer, VoIP phones.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-5 years client-facing office experience preferred.
