The primary role of the Director of First Impressions is to make clients feel welcomed when entering Triune’s front doors. This person will greet clients with a smile on their face and answer incoming phone calls with a smile in their voice. The person in this role will be our client’s first impression of Triune and therefore an important position at our firm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Answer the phones, greet clients, and schedule client appointments. 
  • Prepare conference rooms for client appointments. 
  • Manage kitchen client essentials and order office supplies. 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail. 
  • Help the communications team with client and office events. 
  • Work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and operate scanner and printers. 
  • Help with other administrative duties as assigned by the office manager. 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required 
  • Operate Mac Laptop/Desktop, scanner, printer, VoIP phones. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS  

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-5 years client-facing office experience preferred. 




Salary

$40,000 - $50,000 per year
