The Role
As a Bench Carpenter & Millwork Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of custom wood products. You will work closely with our design team to bring concepts to life, ensuring that every piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your attention to detail and woodworking skills will be essential in producing beautiful and functional pieces for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate and assemble custom wood products according to specifications.
- Operate woodworking machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in carpentry or millwork fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with woodworking machinery and tools.
