Role Summary

The HCM Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of all Human Capital Management implementation projects within the allocated time frame, budget, and scope. Acting as a client advocate, you will guide our customers through every stage of the HCM installation process. Adaptability is key, as each project will present unique challenges in terms of personalities, industries, requirements, configurations, and potentially different HCM products. This dynamic and exciting position requires strong organizational skills to navigate the diverse landscape of project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the project goals and the rationale for change

- Familiarize yourself with milestone events and critical project deadlines

- Collaborate with clients to develop a strategic "Roll out" plan, prioritizing service launch dates

- Establish realistic expectations for deliverables, milestones, and deadlines with both clients and vendors, and advocate for adjustments when needed

- Clearly define roles and expectations for all parties involved, including yourself, clients, and vendors

- Manage communication effectively among all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project progress.
