Description

Responsibilities


General Management:

  • Manage ever-changing tour logistics and operations, including driving routes, event research, event build and setup, activation, load out, and reporting
  • Asset maintenance and upkeep, including but not limited to signage, tech, vehicle(s), and sampling supplies
  • Onsite activation flow, consumer activation management, and acting liaison between event coordinator/contact and Trigger(House management
  • Inventory and premium distribution management and tracking, including safekeeping of high-value premiums and equipment
  • Product management according to food handling regulations
  • Data collection management, reporting, recapping
  • Onsite brand ambassador, labor and security training, pre/post event coordination/booking & invoice processing.
  • Assist in photo, digital, and quantitative documentation of activation for post-reporting
  • Communicate with agency managers/partners regularly onsite as well as through pre/post event call(s) and weekly status calls
  • Manage expenses and receipts, and adhere to policies and deadlines
  • Handle incident reporting and follow company procedures and protocol


Vehicle Operation & Management:

  • Keep the vehicle clean both inside and out, and in good working order
  • Ability to make minor production modifications/repairs onsite and find solutions for issues real time
  • Oversee the operation of the vehicle, which includes managing the care, maintenance, control, and safety of the company asset and all property contained therein
  • Safely and responsibly operate DOT compliance including but not limited to maintaining driving logs, regulating hours, operating safely without accidents, proper load distribution, etc.
