General Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of documentation and reports.
• Participate in production meetings, review discussed items, and take action accordingly.
• Proactively identify logistics challenges, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Shipping & Receiving:

• Receive incoming shipments, photograph and inspect the condition, log details into the Shipping Log, and notify recipients upon receipt.
• Support management with incoming inventory, allocate storage space, and maintain organization.
• Process Outbound Shipping Requests: Package, label, photograph, and log all outgoing shipments to ensure secure and accurate deliveries. Update inventory management software. Share Tracking Numbers.
• Schedule pickups with freight carriers, FedEx, UPS, and other shipping services.
• Check the mailbox daily. Deliver mail to the Finance Office.
• Maintain an adequate stock of shipping supplies (e.g., tape, bubble wrap, boxes, shrink wrap).

Warehousing:

• Pulling assets and consumables for specific projects.
• Help pack and unload trucks for events.
• Clean and organize event kits and materials.
• Maintain asset management software (Cheqroom) and Trigger Inventory systems for accurate tracking of warehouse items.
• Assist Warehouse Coordinator with vehicle check-ins and maintenance
• Conduct daily forklift and scissor lift inspections to ensure they are operational and safe.
• Maintain service schedules for equipment and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in general upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance of the warehouse.

Facilities:

• Perform minor repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, patching drywall, paint touch-up).
• Assist skilled technicians with more complex repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, offices, restrooms, and kitchens.

Supplies Inventory: 

• Maintain an adequate stock of janitorial supplies. Weekly inventories/monthly ordering of supplies.
• Restocking supplies (e.g., paper towels, soap, toilet paper).

Assist in waste disposal

• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by identifying and reporting hazards.
• Assemble, install, move furniture/fixtures/decor/equipment as needed
• Seasonal Tasks: Shoveling/Salting, Checking for metal/screws, Vehicle Washing
• First Aid Kits: Maintain an adequate stock of supplies. Weekly inventories/monthly ordering of supplies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in warehouse logistics, shipping, or inventory management preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 70lbs and move heavy objects as required.
• Proficiency with inventory tracking software and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
