Responsibilities:

Production Leadership

  • Represent TriggerHouse and client brands with professionalism and leadership while on-site.

Project & Budget Oversight:

  • Track hours, expenses, and resourcing needs across multiple projects; escalate risks to profitability and workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in building and managing project budgets, ensuring alignment with scope and financial expectations.
  • Support event execution via transport and through on-site travel when required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast resource needs on programs based on complexity and skill set.

Process Improvement & Organizational Support:

  • Lead identification of process gaps and inefficiencies; partner with Production Leadership to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Guide junior coordinators in understanding workflows, using internal systems, and meeting TriggerHouse quality standards.
  • Support strategic planning by leveraging insights on industry trends, culture, technology, and client needs.
  • Contribute to social media concepts and competitor monitoring, providing higher-level insights for brand visibility.

Team Support & Culture:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, flexible mindset and willingness to take on whatever tasks are needed to support TriggerHouse priorities.
  • Help maintain a well-organized office and warehouse environment and serve as a culture ambassador for company initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, interpret requests, and foster strong relationships across teams and clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working within evolving workflows and established company processes.
  • Strong commitment to high-quality work, professionalism, and operational excellence.
  • Open to feedback, receptive to new ideas, and able to apply constructive insights effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of TriggerHouse, client brands, and industry trends.
