This position contributes to original illustrations, concept sketches, presentation materials, and production-ready graphics while ensuring alignment with established creative direction and project requirements. This role works collaboratively with Art Directors, Senior Designers, 3D Spatial Designers, and Event Producers; it supports the creative process from initial concept through production. The position requires foundational graphic design and illustration skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. An interest in how creative concepts translate into physical environments, including print production, fabrication, and installation, is essential for continued growth in this role.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant graphic design or illustration experience, including internships, freelance work, or comparable project experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design and illustration skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, composition, layout, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with working knowledge of InDesign.
• Familiarity with AI image-generation platforms and an interest in exploring emerging creative technologies.
• Foundational understanding of print production requirements, including bleeds, color modes, resolution, and file preparation.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative and production teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including maintaining accurate, clearly labeled, and well-organized design files.
• Ability to adapt to changing project priorities, timelines, and creative direction.
• Receptiveness to constructive feedback and a willingness to incorporate guidance into ongoing work.
• Exposure to experiential marketing, live events, brand activations, environmental graphics, or spatial design.
• Strong creative foundation and a genuine curiosity about how design translates from initial concept to real-world execution.
• Curiosity, initiative, and enthusiasm for learning new techniques, materials, and production processes.
