Description

TRIGGER(HOUSE is looking for a driven CDL A Driver to play a vital role in carrying out our tour for our newest brand in the Boston Beer Company portfolio. The Driver will be responsible for the transport, assisting with the production (setup/strike), and care of the client’s 53’ drop-deck flatbed trailer and interactive footprint that will attend high-profile events around the country, from approximately March through November 2026.


The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a CDL Class A Driver / Producer. Applicants should have strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations.  


Mandatory requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record, Certified Med Card, and specific DOT requirements to be added to the CDL version
  • Forklift certification
  • Minimum 5 years of Class A CDL operation along with inner city delivery experience. 
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance of yourself, tour activations, and Company/Client equipment and assets
  • Represent the Company and the client with a friendly, energetic, customer-service-oriented, and business-professional demeanor
  • Ensure all tour elements are present, functioning correctly, and clean at the activations.
  • Report faulty or damaged equipment, signage, or other materials to the Company supervisor immediately
  • Ability to problem-solve as issues arise. Be someone who people go to for solutions
  • Communicate obstacles and improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to the management team, and help implementthe  process
  • Willingly jump into whatever is needed!


Job Duties:

  • Safely operate tour vehicles
  • Manage the setup and breakdown of assets and activation materials
  • Manage assets and inventory of all premiums, uniforms, and other branded elements used for activation
  • Safely handle production equipment and brand assets along the tour
  • Act responsibly on-site during setup and breakdown
  • Incident reporting and following company procedures and protocol
  • Coordinating with venue contacts and staff members to ensure all parties are kept informed about setup/breakdown and activation timing
  • Produce recaps of activations throughout the week with event photos and sampling data

  • Two (2) 108” x 96” x 260” Sun Cruiser Branded Containers
  • 2022 Benson 53 Foot Drop Flatbed Trailer
  • Diesel Conv Tractor Trailer (Rental from Ryder Transportation)


Employment Term: 

  • March - November


Benefits:

  • Pre-scheduled tour breaks.
  • May be eligible for a discretionary end-of-tour bonus based on tour performance and individual contributions.


Compensation: 

  • $300-350/day
  • $75/day food stipend
