TRIGGER(HOUSE, an experiential marketing agency headquartered in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a talented and experienced Art & Design Director to join our creative team.

In this role, you'll be a key player in the creative department, reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director (ECD) and collaborating across departments to lead both client and internal projects. This position requires a versatile, hands-on creative professional who thrives on wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead art and design direction across diverse projects, setting the creative vision and ensuring cohesive brand expression.
• Create compelling graphic designs, including impactful large-format visuals and illustrations that resonate.
• Develop innovative interior and spatial concepts, transforming ideas into captivating, functional spaces.
• Spearhead concept development with fresh, bold ideas to elevate client experiences.
• Design and deliver presentations with polished visuals and clear, persuasive narratives.
• Oversee sourcing and vendor management to bring high-quality design elements to life, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Mentor and guide graphic designers, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in experiential marketing with a portfolio showcasing relevant, impactful industry work.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Google Suite. Familiarity with Mac systems is required.
• Bonus: Experience with 3D rendering programs is a plus.

• Experienced in Experiential Marketing: Several years of proven experience in experiential marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative, immersive brand experiences.
• Leadership and Collaboration: A natural leader who excels at guiding creative vision and working cross-functionally within a team.
