The Account Coordinator is an entry-level role within the Operations Department, supporting cross-functional planning for a variety of experiential programs including mobile tours, pop-up brand activations and more.
Responsibilities:

Project management: Track project timelines, expenses, and status.

Client management: Support senior account managers in managing client relationships and projects.

Event execution: Oversee the logistics and execution of brand experiences.

Administrative tasks: Ensure accurate, complete, and timely paperwork, meeting facilitation, and follow-ups.

Vendor management: Manage event staff and vendors, and negotiate rates and terms.

Interdepartmental collaboration: Work effectively with other departments to achieve goals.

Brand representation: Represent TRIGGER(HOUSE and clients professionally in the field.

Collaborative innovation: Contribute creative solutions and work together to solve problems.

Go-getter attitude: Willingness to jump in and learn new things
Requirements, Desired Skills & Experience:
- Local to the Boston/New Hampshire area.
- Four-year college degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and implement company processes effectively.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours
