Position Title: Graduate Fellow – Commercialization and Community Engagement

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to workshops and events)

Employment Type: Part-Time (14.42 hours/week, 0.36 FTE)

Compensation: $20/hour plus fringe benefits

Project Overview: TerraStinger

The TerraStinger project is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at developing real-time monitoring systems for Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS). TerraDAC Technologies LLC is leading the commercialization, community engagement, and stakeholder outreach, ensuring the technology's viability and alignment with community needs. In collaboration with Oklahoma University, which oversees the technical aspects of the project, TerraDAC bridges innovation with community-focused implementation, ensuring the project’s goals are both scientifically robust and socially impactful.




Key Responsibilities

  1. Commercialization Strategy:
  • Develop and refine the commercialization plan for TerraStinger.
  • Conduct market research and stakeholder interviews to gather insights.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential partners.
  1. Community Engagement:
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops with tribal and underserved communities.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to align project goals with community needs.
  1. Technical Writing:
  • Craft white papers, funding proposals, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with the TerraDAC team to document and communicate project milestones.
  1. Outreach and Representation:
  • Represent TerraDAC Technologies at seminars, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on the TerraStinger project.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program in business, sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement or program management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CCUS or renewable energy initiatives is desirable.


Salary

$15 - $20 per hour
