Business Development Representative


The Role 

Report directly to our CEO and own outbound prospecting to sites, site networks, and physician groups. This is pure hunting: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach. You'll qualify opportunities, book demos for leadership, and help develop our sales playbook from the ground up.


What You'll Actually Do

  • Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies into sites, site networks, and physician groups
  • Book qualified meetings for CEO and leadership team
  • Qualify opportunities based on established criteria
  • Build and maintain prospect lists in Salesforce
  • Partner with Account Executives / CEO on strategic accounts
  • Own your metrics and consistently exceed targets


Requirements

  • 1-3 years B2B outbound sales experience with proven quota attainment
  • Fluent in all prospecting channels, with strong cold outreach abilities
  • Proficiency with sales tools (CRM, Sales Navigator, Unify, outreach platforms)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Hunter mentality with resilience to handle rejection
  • Healthcare sales experience a major plus; clinical research or life sciences experience preferred
