About the Role

As a Budtender at Tree Haus Cannabis Boutique, you will be the face of our carefully curated collection of wellness products. Your role is to guide and educate customers, helping them find the right solutions to enhance their well-being in a compliant and professional environment. You will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional shopping experience rooted in product knowledge, trust, and genuine care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations tailored to customer needs and preferences.
• Comply with all state and federal hemp regulations, including accurate age verification and sales protocol.
• Complete thorough inventory counts at the end of each shift and report any irregularities.
• Successfully complete all mandatory brand education courses and stay informed on product updates.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized boutique atmosphere.
• Accurately manage cash and POS transactions with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Retail or customer service experience, preferably with hemp or wellness products.
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially in inventory management and regulatory compliance.
• Commitment to completing required training and continuous learning.
