• Plan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules.

• Onboarding Customers and Carriers how to use our Platform 
• Recruit New Carriers
• Work Together with Accounting Department to confirm all Paperwork is submitted correctly 

Qualifications:

• Self-driven, competitive leader that possesses high levels of independence, reliability, and resilience
• Be skilled in effective communication, collaboration, problem solving, and building professional relationships with carriers, shippers and internal/external clients.
• Be proficient in building proposals, negotiating rates, and delivering both long-term and short-term shipping solutions to clients.

• Excellent listening and negotiation abilities
• Must have proper phone manner.

Requirements:

• Must Live in DFW 
• 1-2 years of Sales, Logistics, or Account Management
• Reliable and strong Internet connection
• Home Office
• Must be tech savy and willing to learn how to use various softwares.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 7 am - 5pm
• Main office hours plus on call 

Language Skills

Fluent English languages skills – reading, writing, and spoken. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as training guides and SOPs. Spanish is a plus. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Computer Skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable with Gmail and willingness to learn Google Workspace (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) is required. Knowledge of Ring Central and TMS is a plus

Physical Demands

This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sitting, lifting (≤25 pounds), finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.

Work Environment

Well-lit, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting. Attire is business casual and/or Company Shirts.

Travel

Required to come to the Office in Dallas, TX as needed (less than 15%).
