  • Client Acquisition: Pursue and secure new client relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate meaningful partnerships for long-lasting business.
  • Product Expertise: Command knowledge over our comprehensive 3PL services.
  • Market Savvy: Understand market dynamics to inform client strategies.
  • Custom Solutions: Design logistics solutions catered to specific client challenges.
  • Negotiation: Broker advantageous deals for both clients and the company.
  • Revenue Goals: Meet and strive to exceed sales objectives.
  • Expanding Client Relationships: Uncover opportunities to enhance or expand service offerings.

Skills and Qualities

  • Sales Expertise: Exhibit stellar salesmanship and negotiation abilities.
  • Logistics Acumen: Possess keen industry insight — OD Freight knowledge and understanding of Flatbed Freight a plus.
  • Broker Knowledge: Prior experience with Custom Brokers and RFPs preferred.
  • Communicator: Articulate complex solutions with clarity.
  • Connector: Forge lasting industry relationships.
  • Analyst: Utilize insights to drive client success.
  • Champion of Change: Navigate industry fluctuations with ease.
  • Customer Centric: Commit to unparalleled client experiences.


  • 2 Years of Transportation & Logistics Experience
  • 2 Years of Sales experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) - 1 Position specifically
  • Excellent Computer proficiency

Pay & Benefits

  • Contract Type: 1099 Position (W2 available w/ Base Salary after 6 months)
  • Earning Potential: Commission Only (Uncapped) — Earn between 10 - 30% Gross Profit based on experience and profit margins.
