The Seasonal driver position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through safe, reliable, and professional transportation to and from cruise ships between the months of April and October. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude. Drivers represent the face of the company and help ensure every ride is smooth, timely, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and comply with all company, Department of Transportation (DOT), and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude at all times
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage (as needed)
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations staff
- Follow assigned schedules and maintain timely arrivals and departures
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement (Required)
- Minimum 2-3 years CDL passenger driving experience (Required)
- Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outside in all weather conditions
- Team Player who is reliable, honest, and able to work independently exercising sound judgement
- Familiarity with Seattle and surrounding areas
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus
