Business Support Manager [BSM] Position Summary Business Support Manager supports the Sales Leader and collaborates both internally and externally with resources to achieve their team objectives. We expect this person to take ownership of team tasks and oversee them to completion on time. Additionally, this person must be accountable to deliver on business needs for the team’s multiple clients. Candidate must have amazing written and oral communication skills and highly organized. Must be able to manage the numerous contacts required across multiple retailers and clients. BSM impacts the business through Collaboration, proactive planning and project management, driving the execution of multiple projects, across multiple clients, for Replenishment, Logistics, and Sales. Get it done mindset, while maintaining detail and accuracy, is a must. Positive mental attitude and eager to learn are also a must.
Collaboration with Clients and Customers
Store/DC inventory, forecasts, OTIF and SQEP compliance. Be able to identify problems and take steps to correct any and all issues whether they be on our client’s or Walmart’s end.
