Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting, qualifying, and closing new warm lead opportunities for our Exit Factor programs
  • Following up on referrals from our referral network for our Exit Factor programs
  • Developing and growing relationships with referral partners
  • Working closely with the Marketing and Business Development team to ensure the lead flow

Think you have what it takes? Our ideal candidate: 

  • Previous call center experience is strongly preferred.
  • Computer proficiency is required, including conducting Zoom sales presentation meetings.
  • Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love for customer interaction.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with particularly strong phone skills.
  • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: a proactive, driven, strong desire to succeed, competitive, committed to accomplishing objectives, opportunistic.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the following technology systems or ability to figure it out: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom, Slack.

Earning Potential (salary + commissions)

Year 1: $60,000-$80,000+

Year 2: $75,000-$110,000+

Year 3 and beyond: $75,000-$150,000+
