THE ROLE

 

The Commercial Associate Broker must be confident in working directly with a team of senior brokers to assist with market research, scheduling showings, fielding buyer calls, and be open to mentorship on transactions. As our firm grows in size and depth, we need additional business-savvy professionals to continue our mission of supporting small business owners with their commercial property needs in Colorado. We are currently looking for new commercial associate brokers across the Denver Metro Area. 

 

OVERVIEW OF THE DAY-TO-DAY

● Report directly to the Managing Broker and work with Senior Brokers on business development, networking, cold calling, and presentations

● Work with senior brokers on Broker Price Opinions, brochure management, property analytics, marketing statistics, and much more.

● Schedule showings and show tenants' spaces while discussing the property features, market conditions, and lease rates/terms.

● Analyze, prepare and present real estate analytics reports for clients and prospects

● Maintain the company's CRM and build a client and prospect list as the career develops and for future growth.

● Network within the community and give back to the community to create new opportunities and generate new business.

● Overview of business brokerage and how buying and selling businesses impact real estate decisions

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited business school or equivalent work experience.

Candidates must obtain, at their own expense, a Colorado Real Estate license, and be able to pass a full background check. A current Colorado Real Estate license is required or pending.

This is a full-time commission-only role with a pay range up to $100k+

EARNING POTENTIAL

Year 1: $40,000-$70,000

Year 2: $70,000-$120,000

Year 3: $100,000+

Year 4: Senior Broker Status
