We are looking to add a Tech Support Staff Member to our back office
Position is Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00
Position is remote, however applicants must reside in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tech support to staff members and clients
- Provide excellent customer service when speaking with clients and staffÂ
- Train new staff and new clients on the systems we utilize
- Portal Management
- Data Entry
- Data Management
Skills:
- Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
- Good knowledge of G-Suite and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and able to handle stress
Requirements:
- Must have strong tech and computer skills
- Must have strong remote internet connection
