Custodian / Maintenance Technician

📍 Location: 4420 S Staples St. 22A Corpus Christi, TX 78411

💲 Pay: $13–$17 per hour 

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM 

(30-minute lunch break)

Transformative ABA is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and proactive Custodian/Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for our clinic, staff, and clients. This position plays an important role in supporting the daily operations and upkeep of our ABA therapy center serving children and families.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize therapy rooms, bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the clinic

- Take out trash and replace liners

- Sanitize toys, equipment, and high-touch surfaces

- Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies

- Assemble, move, and rearrange furniture as needed

- Hang shelves, wall items, and assist with facility setup projects

- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks

- Help maintain clinic organization and storage areas

- Assist with lawn upkeep and exterior maintenance

- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns

- Support overall clinic appearance and functionality

Qualifications

- Reliable transportation and punctuality required

- Ability to work independently and stay organized

- Comfortable working in a pediatric clinic environment

- Ability to lift, move, and assemble furniture/equipment

- General handyman or maintenance skills preferred

- Previous custodial, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred but not required

- Must pass a background check
