As a member of Transformation’s team, our expectations of you are that you provide high-quality virtual therapy and counseling services to clients. As a part of that, you would be expected to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as well as maintain timely, accurate, and confidential client records.

This is a contract position, ideal for those looking to add to their income in a less stressful and demanding way. Billing is completed daily by our billing team and you are paid weekly for any claims that have been paid by the payor.
You choose your salary, how many hours you work, what type of clientele you work with, and what insurance you work with.
Our EMR software and our payroll software are excellent and fully capable of handling any needs or considerations, including working from out of state.
Our administrative team is always available to help troubleshoot any issues you may encounter.
Our goal is to support you to the fullest, so that you can focus your energy on providing excellent care.

**Requirements:**
Valid independent licensure in New Mexico (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist).
