About Transformation Health Network

At Aloha Kona Primary & Urgent Care we utilize a special model of healthcare, integrating the highest quality of scientific medical care along with Christian principles, such as prayer, counseling and acts of love, with the goal to bring restoration to every patient's physical, mental and spiritual health. We feel led to serve the Kailua Kona community and love them the way Jesus has shown His love to us. Rather than simply providing healthcare services, we like to think of ourselves as a health services ministry. Connecting you to quality healthcare providers that take your entire wellbeing into consideration, mind, body, and soul, is a core value of the Transformation Health Network Team. We hope to serve this community well, by the Grace of God, and we thank you for allowing us to do so.
