Position Overview:

As an Email Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing team to drive growth and enhance client relationships through email campaigns. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in email marketing, client engagement, and strategic planning within a dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional marketing support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and client communications.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and email marketing opportunities.
• Help develop and implement email marketing strategies, including campaign planning, content creation, and segmentation.
• Support the creation of email marketing documentation, including templates, newsletters, and performance reports.
• Work with HubSpot to manage email marketing activities and track client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
