Key Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
· 3-5 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, employee engagement, or e-learning.
· Proven ability to qualify leads and set appointments.
· Familiarity with workplace solutions for challenges like turnover, employee development, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
Skills:
· Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.
· Ability to build trust and rapport with clients across various organizational levels.
· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and lead research tools.
Mindset:
