We are looking for an energetic, creative and driven Sales Associate who will be working in a meaningful, high touch retail environment. Our company values individuality and a desire to make a difference in the retail community.

As a team member you will be working alongside these founders and artists, maintaining their spaces within our store and representing their brands to our clients. Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

• Greets and initiates conversation with customers, sharing product recommendations and information about the store and its makers
• Assists customers with fittings rooms and jewelry cases, provides shopping baskets, and utilizes POS systems to complete transactions 

Teamwork + Communication 

• Builds productive relationships with peers; asks for support when needed and makes an effort to help others
• Participates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, taking time to connect with our brands and makers 
• Contributes to a positive team morale participating in store initiatives such as monthly sales goals
• Provides insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicates feedback to Store Managers

Visual Standards + Daily Operations

• Supports store and brands by restocking as needed and as directed by management
• Maintains a tidy and organized store, stockroom, and break area
• Supports in floor moves as directed by Store Managers and Visual Team

Role Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience related to retail (fashion, vintage, home, or art)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• 30-36 hours per week
