The Position

We are seeking an experienced Massachusetts-licensed psychologist, LMHC, or LICSW for a part-time-to-full-time role to join our growing outpatient mental health team. You will start with the comfort of telehealth, eventually transitioning into a balanced hybrid role that includes two to four days of in-person connection each month.

  • Professional Standards: To keep your clinical momentum and ensure quality care, documentation is completed within 24 hours of each session.

What You Bring

  • Professional Licensure: An active and independent Massachusetts license (LICSW or LMHC).
  • Clinical Experience: A background in providing outpatient psychotherapy to teens and adults and the ability to manage moderate acuity with confidence. Minimum 2 years of experience as an independently licensed clinician is required for this role (3 years preferred).
  • Technical Comfort: Experience delivering care via telehealth and maintaining clinical records within an EHR.
  • Education: Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, mental health counseling, social work, counseling psychology, or a related field required.
