Position Summary

The Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, presenting repair or replacement options to customers, and completing high-quality plumbing repairs and installations in residential homes.

This role requires strong troubleshooting ability, professionalism with homeowners, and the ability to manage service calls independently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues including leaks, drain problems, water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems

• Provide clear repair and replacement options for customers

• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations to code

• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and job site

• Document work performed including photos and notes

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to communicate solutions clearly with customers

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls

• Ability to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces or confined areas

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual earning potential of $80,000 – $150,000 depending on experience and production
