We are looking for a motivated and experienced Detailing Technician/Crew Leader to join our team at Top Dog Detailing in Stephens City, VA. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, detailing vehicles, boats, aircraft, heavy equipment, and RVs. The salary range for this position is $17 to $25 per hour.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team of detailing technicians to ensure high-quality work and efficient service delivery

- Perform detailing services on a variety of vehicles, boats, aircraft, heavy equipment, and RVs

- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality assurance

- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies

- Communicate effectively with customers and team members

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in auto detailing or similar field

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Attention to detail and quality

- Valid driver's license

- High school diploma or equivalent
