This role sits within the Operations department and serves as the primary point of contact for platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, and emerging DSPs.
You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our catalog across all services, managing the end-to-end delivery pipeline, and advocating for our artists’ visibility. Success in this role requires a rare blend of high-level relationship management and a granular understanding of digital supply chain logistics.
This is a hybrid full time position work from Los Angeles, CA office. Our hybrid schedule requires employees to work from the office 4 days a week and allows for 1 day work from home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as one of the main points of contact for various DSP Partners.
- Monitor the health of the Too Lost delivery feed. You will troubleshoot ingestion errors, metadata rejections, and artist page mapping issues, working closely with internal operations teams to resolve systemic bottlenecks.
- Monitor the internal workflows for various programs and tools that are utilized by our Commercial and A&R teams.
- Partner with the Commercial Strategy team to ensure priority releases are delivered on time and meet all platform-specific requirements for editorial consideration.
- Advise the Operations and BA teams on evolving platform standards regarding AI-generated content, streaming fraud prevention, and metadata formatting.
- Monitor platform updates and industry shifts and provide actionable reports to the COO regarding how DSP algorithm changes or UI updates impact our catalog’s performance.
- Represent Too Lost at industry events, partner meetings, and presentations, strengthening our visibility and relationships with key DSP contacts.
What We’re Looking For

- A deep understanding of the digital supply chain, including DDEX standards, XML metadata, and the mechanics of Content ID and rights management systems.
- Highly professional written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical platform requirements into clear instructions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret complex streaming data and delivery reports to identify trends, performance gaps, or technical failures.
- A methodical approach to troubleshooting. You are comfortable navigating the "gray areas" of platform policy to find solutions for our artists and labels.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to represent artists and company priorities clearly, diplomatically, and persuasively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with Commercial Strategy, Operations, Tech, Business Affairs and external stakeholders.
- Passion for independent music and an interest in how technology and partnerships can create new opportunities for artists and rights holders.
