We are looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you won't be marketing individual artists; instead, you will be marketing the Too Lost brand and our suite of technology products. You should have a passion for software, digital storytelling, and the intersection of music and technology.


This is a hybrid full time position work from either our New York, NY office. Our hybrid schedule requires employees to work from the office 4 days a week and allows for 1 day work from home. 


What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Support the Brand & Editorial Marketing Manager in executing social and brand strategies that position Too Lost as a premier tech solution across LinkedIn, Meta, X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage the monthly brand content calendar, ensuring all posts align with corporate milestones, product launches, and feature updates.
  • Ideate and execute creative social campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and loyalty within the Too Lost community.
  • Assist with event planning, branded programming, industry events, and corporate activations that showcase our platform's capabilities.
  • Monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to identify opportunities and maintain brand relevance.
  • Coordinate posting schedules and ensure timely, high-quality publishing of content.
  • Manage community engagement, including comment moderation, DMs, and proactive outreach.
  • Track campaign and content performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize impact. 
  • Contribute to campaign recaps, presentations, and creative brainstorming sessions.


What We’re Looking For: 

  • 1+ year in social media, content marketing, or digital brand coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong social media expertise
  • Experience with social scheduling, analytics, or influencer management tools is a plus.
  • Video or content editing skills with a  background in film production
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a pulse on music, culture, and social platforms.

Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
