The Director of Programming & Development position is responsible for overseeing all programmatic elements of Tony Aye Artistry including Artist Rep services, workshops, and other mission tied events. They serve as supervisor/manager of the Programming & Development Department, Lead all educational initiatives in the organization. Works closely with Executive Director and Director of Operations to create, plan, and cultivate programmatic structures.
