As a House Cleaner / Cleaning Technician, you will travel to clients’ homes throughout the workday. You will complete assigned cleaning tasks using company checklists, products, and equipment.

This position includes recurring maintenance cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in or move-out cleanings. Employees are expected to work efficiently, maintain consistent quality, and treat every client’s property and belongings with care.

Responsibilities

•Perform assigned cleaning tasks according to company checklists and service standards

• Complete recurring, deep, and move-in or move-out cleaning services

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe, and clean surfaces as assigned

• Use company cleaning products and equipment safely and properly

• Work efficiently while maintaining consistent quality

• Treat clients’ homes and belongings with care and respect

• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and coworkers

• Report damages, safety concerns, supply needs, or other issues promptly

• Keep cleaning supplies and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use

• Complete a final check before leaving each property

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Must be available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

• Hours may vary depending on the weekly cleaning schedule

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular communication

• Able to follow written checklists and verbal instructions

• Comfortable working independently

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods

• Able to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements

• Able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment

• Able to use vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools throughout the workday
