What You’ll Do

As one of our lead RVTs, you’ll play a major role in both patient care and team development.

You’ll help:

• Support our doctors with high-quality nursing care
• Perform anesthesia monitoring and dental/surgical support
• Place IV catheters, collect blood, run diagnostics
• Educate clients with confidence and empathy
• Help mentor assistants and newer technicians
• Improve workflows and elevate standards of care
• Bring calm leadership during busy moments

What We’re Looking For

You may be a fit if you:

• Are a licensed/credentialed RVT
• Have 2+ years of clinical experience
• Have experience in GP or ER/urgent care settings
• Can work independently while supporting your team
• Care deeply about medicine and client experience
• Want to be part of building something special—not just punching a clock
