Plumbing Service Technician

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong plumbing knowledge, excellent customer communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain issues, repair options, and recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.

Requirements:

• Previous plumbing service experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
