About TOC Therapy: Therapists of Color Therapy

At TOC Therapy we are the Therapists of Color. TOC Therapy’s mission is to empower and support our patients in their overall well-being with culturally competent, trauma informed, and identify affirming mental health services. TOC therapy believes in taking into account and treating every part of a patient's identity and is a safe and affirming space for all peoples. Responsibilities:

• Maintain Minimum Caseload of 20 clients.  
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals. 
• Provide individual and couples therapy services to clients.
• Utilize a culturally responsive approach in therapy services and work to create a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation. 
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed for client care.
• Attend regular supervision and team meetings.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California
• At least 2 years of experience providing outpatient therapy services to individuals and/or couples.
• Knowledge and experience working with diverse communities.
• Experience providing virtual therapy services via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Schedule: Employees can choose and set their own schedule. 
• Paid Holidays: Full time employees will be paid 13 federally recognized Holidays at their administrative rate. 
• Paid Sick Time: Full time and Part time employees accrue sick time at a rate of 1 hour of paid sick time per 30 hours worked.

• Client Recruitment: Don't worry about filling your caseload-- we will do it for you.
• Consultation: Consultation is key for continued growth. We have ongoing group case consultations which are monthly, required, and paid. Additional individual consultations are available upon request and are paid.
• Group Liability Insurance: Upon hire, you will be added to the practice’s liability insurance.
