Job Overview:

As a Floor Installer at TMT Property Services, you will be responsible for supporting a team in the installation of various flooring materials, including Vinyl Plank, Luxury Vinyl Plank, Luxury Vinyl Tile, and Hardwood. Job environments are primarily residential, with some commercial environments as well. You will assist with daily materials pick-up, the installation process, and take-up dumping. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 months to 1 year of proven experience in floor installation and team work skills.

Responsibilities:

- Support your team in the installation of various flooring materials.

- Assist with daily materials pick-up and ensure all necessary supplies are on hand.

- Assist with the installation process and ensure all work is completed to company standards.

- Assist with take-up dumping and ensure proper disposal of materials.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

- At least 9 months of proven experience in floor installation.

- Strong knowledge of various types of flooring materials and installation techniques.

- Must have your own floor install tools/kit. Preferred to have a trim/baseboard install tools/kit as well, but not required.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation.
