TMS & Brain Health LLC Patient Care Coordinator Los Angeles, CA · Full time

Patient Care Coordinator

Description

TMS & Brain Health is an innovative psychiatry and mental health clinic dedicated to creating personalized mental health treatment plans, which often consist of a combination of emerging techniques such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), ketamine, and neurofeedback to treat individuals with mood disorders. We typically use these modalities to help people when traditional psychotherapy or medication has failed. Our organization's mission is to make high quality mental health care accessible while maintaining our core values of integrity, transparency, and expertise. In the future, we plan on adding additional treatments based such as stellate ganglion blocks and various types of psychedelic medicine. We formally launched in July 2019, and are growing quickly. As such, this position would be a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help to develop and shape the company's vision.

The patient care coordinator will assist with new patient intakes, fielding questions from patients and family members, coordinating schedules, and keeping the office organized. The person who fills this position should be friendly, outgoing, neat, and compassionate. The patient care coordinator fulfills one of the most important functions in our office, whereby the first interaction often determines whether or not prospective patients continue to seek treatment. We're looking for someone who can work full-time Monday through Friday, but an ideal candidate would be willing to swap out one weekday for remote work on Saturdays.

  • Coordinating schedules
  • Connecting with other healthcare providers

This is an opportunity for a full-time position fully paid for health insurance benefits and PTO. Pay is commensurate with experience. Part-time candidates will be considered.
