The CSO will work closely with the CEO in order to begin scaling our unique behavioral health program
We’re looking for a Chief Strategy Officer who can work closely with the founder and CEO to assist in growing the organization. We’re looking for someone who can assist in both M&A and de novo growth strategies, develop formal operating systems, build relationships with strategic partners, identify industry trends, oversee the financial health of these endeavors, and anything else that the position calls for. Other than the CEO, there are no other C Suite level employees yet. Our main office is based in Los Angeles, but the position itself can doesn’t necessarily need to be based in Los Angeles.
Duties:
Leads the development and execution of strategic plan and greater vision of the organization set forth by the CEO
Lead the implementation of guidelines and systems for ongoing maintenance and growth
Evaluate analyze market dynamics and trends
Identifies and tracks major KPIs
Manage pipeline for new locations, service lines, and acquisitions
Routinely evaluate current operations to ensure alignment with the company’s vision
Assist with financial oversight of the organization and the unit economics of each service line
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare; behavioral health experience preferred
At least 2 years of experience in scaling operations and/or strategic planning
Ability to be detail oriented without losing focus of the big picture
Internalization of our 3 core values (integrity, transparency, and expertise)
Working knowledge of the behavioral health industry and trends, including brain-based interventions and psychedelic medicine
