Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading goods from the truck.
• Help with the installation of high-end appliances, furniture, and other items at customer locations.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and questions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the truck.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies during deliveries.
• Assist with navigation and route planning to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
• Report any issues or discrepancies encountered during deliveries to the driver or supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
