TLS Crowd Management is hiring dependable, customer-focused event staff to help guests enjoy safe, welcoming events throughout Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia.

PAY, SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

• Pay: $19.50 per hour.

• Part-time / seasonal, event-based work.

• Typical shifts are 4–8 hours; day and evening hours vary by event.

• On-site at assigned event venues across DC, Maryland and Virginia.

• Office: 4201 Northview Drive, Suite 405, Bowie, MD 20716.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance.

• Direct guests to entrances, seating, facilities and other destinations.

• Help manage crowd flow and maintain access to restricted areas.

• Support entry screening and ticket scanning using assigned equipment after training.

• Observe and report concerns to event leaders and complete incident reports when needed.

• Use two-way radios responsibly, follow venue procedures and support teammates, including break relief.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Customer service experience and clear, professional communication.

• Reliable transportation to assigned event venues.

• A working smartphone with internet/cellular access and comfort using mobile applications.

• Dependability, teamwork and the ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work indoors or outdoors in varying weather, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.

• A state-issued driver's license is preferred.

ARRIVAL AND ATTENDANCE

Dependable attendance and on-time arrival are required for every accepted shift. Report to the designated check-in location by your scheduled start time, plan for travel and parking, and notify the event leader promptly if a delay occurs.
