We recognized the need to move away from conventional methodologies prevalent in large corporate environments, which are often burdened by bureaucratic hurdles, male-dominated cultures, and outdated practices. Motivated by innovation and client-centricity, TL2 aims to revolutionize traditional accounting practices.

Responsibilities 

• Assist with recording day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite) 
• Prepare and reconcile bank and credit card statements 
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing 
• Help generate and format basic financial reports 
• Assist with month-end close procedures 
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of client financial records 
• Maintain documentation and organize client files 
• Collaborate with senior accountants and staff to ensure client deadlines are met 

 

Qualifications 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace 
• Experience with accounting software is a plus 
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
