Position available for an experienced and efficient roofer to repair clients’ existing roofing systems and install new roofing systems where needed. installing, repairing, and restoring different roof systems using materials such as metal, copper, slate, asphalt-shingles, gravel, rubber, and thermoplastics.The roofer's responsibilities include removing hazards from roofs, gutters, and adjacent structures, setting up barricades and warning lines, and performing all tasks necessary for roof maintenance. You should also be able to provide guidance to unskilled workers.

The job of a roofer may involve removing and replacing various commercial roofing systems in addition to residential roofing. It may also entail the installation of vapor barriers and layers of insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs and sealing the seams, preparing roof surfaces removing snow, water, or garbage from them; trimming felt, slates, metal, copper, shingles, or strips to fit angles formed by walls and intersecting roof surfaces prior to roofing installations/application of roofing materials.The ability to perform an inspection to determine the best repair procedures to a roofing problem, and also be responsible for covering roofs and exterior walls of structures with slate, metal, copper, asphalt, aluminum, wood, gravel, etc., using the required or recommended tools and equipment.
