- Comes from a STRONG customer service, sales and leadership background (Starbucks & Apple Managers, Restaurant management, etc. encouraged to apply!)
- Has dental background in PPO/Fee for service and is not afraid to sell (we close on $50k treatment plans regularly)
- Has a strong ability to coach, counsel, and direct teams to provide stellar results
- Is results driven and high energy

What you'll be doing:
- Provide leadership to the practice and maintain a positive team culture centered around accountability
- Work collaboratively with Operational Leadership to ensure efficient practice operations
- Be accountable for practice(s) under your leadership to ensure they meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual budgeted financial goals
- Participate in leadership meetings and share best practices
- Communicate organizational changes to team members
- Find solutions to challenges and take ownership of mistakes
- Recruit, train and develop talent for needed roles as practice expands
- Manage staff schedules and hours to ensure proper coverage
- Retain doctors and staff through timely feedback and goal setting
- Be a culture champion and show support of the company both verbally and in your actions
- Coach and mentor front desk team to ensure all insurance breakdowns, verifications, and data entry related to patients are complete and accurate
- Present treatment to patients and break down financial arrangements to get patients started in their treatment
- Ensure all team members provide patients with a red carpet experience worthy of a 5 star google review and drive recognition for your practice on google and social media!

- Previous P&L experience a plus (but not required)

This is a full time position which will include Monday to Friday and some Saturday availability.

- Competitive Salary (based on experience)
