As a Tippi Toes Dance Teacher/Instructor you will lead children’s dance classes within a local territory. Must have a love of children, passion for dance, and be highly confident in teaching young students. Responsibilities include traveling to dance locations, preparing for classes, teaching curriculum, developing positive rapport with all students and well as school staff. This role will also be responsible for working with School Directors and Owner to regularly add new students to current and future classes maximizing attendance levels. Must be highly professional in all interactions and demonstrate excellent communication skills with both school staff and Franchise owner. This position represents the Tippi Toe’s brand in all interactions and upholds the very best standards in teaching/instructing each class.
We are also looking to fill management roles where if you have interest and quality, you will provide supervision and execute the strategic plan for running highly successful children’s dance classes within a Franchise. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding teachers/Instructors, coordination of teacher schedules, overseeing lesson plans and teacher performance, promoting easy access to enrollment, and ensuring all classes are run with a minimum of 10 students. This role will also be responsible for building relationships and working closely with School Directors to regularly add new students to current and future classes, maximizing attendance levels and profitability. Must be highly professional in all interactions and demonstrate excellent judgement and communication skills with school staff, teachers, parents, students, and Franchise owner. This position represents the Tippi Toe’s brand, upholds the very best standards, and reports to the Franchise owner.
As a Tippi Toe’s Franchise Sales Coordinator, you will oversee the sales strategy for adding new school/childcare centers within a Franchise territory. Responsibilities include developing key relationships within communities to increase brand identity, generating leads, and a developing a plan to target local schools and daycare centers. This position will work closely with the Franchise Owner to review territory and focus on pockets where opportunities exist to add new schools and childcare centers. From the first sale to the start of classes, the Sales Coordinator is a relationship builder, performing cold calls, sending out flyers about the Tippi Toes program, and meeting with decision makers to review the value of the program. Other responsibilities include working on contracts, negotiations, participating in school open houses, and planning demonstration days to familiarize families and schools with what Tippi Toes has to offer. The Franchise Sales coordinator partners closely with the Franchise Program Manager (where applicable) to ensure teachers are prepared to hold classes as new schools/enrollment is added. This position reports to the Franchise Owner.
$15 - $25 per hour
