We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Software Support Specialist with expertise in EHR/EMR systems, specifically CGM APRIMA, MEDISOFT, LYTEC, and/or PRACTICE PARTNER. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly motivated, and thrives in a problem-solving environment. This fully remote role requires an individual who can remain focused and work collaboratively with team members. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional support to our clients by addressing their technical issues, answering questions, and ensuring smooth operation of their EHR/EMR systems.



  • Provide top-tier client support for CGM APRIMA, MEDISOFT, LYTEC, and PRACTICE PARTNER EHR/EMR systems via phone and remote tools.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to software functionality, configuration, and network connectivity.
  • Guide clients through problem-solving processes, providing clear and comprehensive instructions.
  • Conduct user training sessions to enhance system usage and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Document and update technical support cases and client interactions in a knowledge base.
  • Assist in system updates, installations, and configurations for new and existing clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest features in CGM APRIMA, MEDISOFT, LYTEC, PRACTICE PARTNER, and healthcare IT industry trends.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to the product or support processes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, and/or 3 to 5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in software support, preferably with EHR/EMR systems such as CGM APRIMA, MEDISOFT, LYTEC, and/or PRACTICE PARTNER.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, databases, and software troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to adapt to new tools, technologies, and shifting client requirements.

**Shift is 40-Hours per week, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time


$41,600 - $62,400 per year
