Entry level electromechanical assembly technician
TILT Autonomy builds autonomous systems for defense applications — flight management systems for UAVs and control systems for unmanned surface vessels. We're a small, highly technical team, and most of us come from engineering or defense backgrounds.
We're growing, and we're looking to bring on someone early in their career who wants to learn precision hardware assembly.
This role is a fit for someone who's good with their hands, careful by nature, and wants to learn precision hardware assembly. You'll take assemblies from parts to finished product — building and testing electronics and mechanical subassemblies, following our build procedures, and helping keep the production floor running. You'll work closely with our mechanical and electrical engineers.
Because we're a small team, the role also includes general shop and operations tasks — parts inventory, receiving and breaking down shipments, and the everyday work of keeping a production space running.
You need to care about quality, be willing to learn, and understand the difference between "close enough" and "done right." We'll teach you the rest.
